The rights issue will open on November 16, 2026, and close on November 27, 2026, with a record date of November 4, 2026, and the rights entitlement ratio is 3 shares for every 5 shares held. Post the rights issue, the company’s outstanding equity shares will increase to 2,72,21,678, assuming full subscription.
