Crescentis Capital sets November 4, 2026, as record date for a rights issue

Crescentis Capital Limited, formerly known as Som Datt Finance Corporation Limited, has set Wednesday, November 4, 2026, as the record date for a rights issue, according to a filing with the BSE Limited on October 29, 2026. The decision follows a meeting of the company’s Fund-Raising Committee and is in compliance with SEBI regulations, including Regulation 42 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 and Regulation 68 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018. The company received in-principle approval from BSE Limited for the listing of shares to be issued on a rights basis.
