Indowind Energy to review financial results at November board meeting, closing trading window

INDOWIND ENERGY LIMITED will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for both standalone and consolidated entities for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and other business matters, according to a regulatory filing. The trading window for designated persons will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are approved and disclosed by the board.
