Raama Finance Limited receives Rs 487.20 million converting warrants and appoints new auditors

Raama Finance Limited, formerly known as Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Limited, announced the allotment of 10,150,000 fully paid-up equity shares following the conversion of an equal number of warrants, receiving Rs 487.20 million in consideration. The company also appointed Kumar Gaurav & Co. as its statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy, replacing Goyal Nagpal and Co., who resigned from the position.
