SRM Energy to review financial results at board meeting on November 5, 2026

SRM Energy Limited will hold a board meeting on Thursday, November 5, 2026, to approve the company’s unaudited financial results as per IND-AS along with a limited review report for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026, pursuant to regulation 33 of the Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements, 2015; the company’s trading window for dealing in securities by designated persons has been closed since October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
