Poonawalla Fincorp Limited announced that its finance committee has approved the allotment of Rs 913,00,00,000 in secured, redeemable, rated, listed non-convertible debentures through PFL NCD SERIES ZCB G1 FY 2026 -27 (INE511C07AF0) and Rs 405,00,00,000 in secured, redeemable, rated, listed non-convertible debentures through PFL NCD SERIES G2 FY 2026 -27 (INE511C07AG8), both with a face value of Rs 1,00,000, to be listed on the Debt Market Segment of the BSE Limited.
