Creative Newtech Ltd share price declined by 0.81% to Rs 1086.95. The Company's net profit saw a strong growth of 91.58% to Rs 25.94 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 57.99% to Rs 752.14 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Creative Newtech Ltd stood at Rs 30.12 crore in Q3 FY26, expanding by 38.17% year-on-year, and rallying 80.36% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 36 crore, jumping 86.71% YoY and surging by 51.60% sequentially.
Total expenses jumped by 58.10% to Rs 715.32 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 7.85 crore, seeing a marginal contraction of 3.56% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations witnessed a strong growth of 52.14% to Rs 2699.77 crore, while net profit soared by 32.35% to Rs 70.29 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 3531% to Rs 78.22 crore, and PBT surged 32.84% to Rs 81.76 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 273.1 crore in FY26, as against Rs 21.86 crore in FY25.
Creative Newtech Ltd surged by 46.66% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 13.45% during the same period.
