The initial public offer of EAAA India Alternatives Ltd IPO received bids for 2,78,19,540 units as against 52,99,684 units on offer, according to stock exchange data at 19:34 IST on Wednesday (28 October 2026). The issue was subscribed 5.25 times.

The issue opened for bidding on Monday, 26 October 2026 and it will close on Wednesday, 28 October 2026. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 1585 per share to 1665 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 9 equity shares and in multiples thereof.

The IPO comprises a fresh issue of Rs 0 crore and an offer for sale of Rs 1,200 crore, aggregating to a total issue size of Rs 1,200 crore.
