Himadri Speciality Chemical members approved MOA alterations via postal ballot on October 27

Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd said its members approved an alteration of the company’s Memorandum of Association and adoption of a new set of MOA as per the Companies Act, 2013, through a special resolution passed via postal ballot on October 27, 2026. The changes, which include merging existing Clause III(C) into Clause III(B) and renumbering clauses, were detailed in a Postal Ballot Notice dated September 18, 2026, and will be available on the company’s website at www.himadri.com.
