BSEL Algo Limited to close trading window ahead of financial results release

BSEL Algo Limited will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, prompting a trading window closure for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the results are released to the BSE Limited.
