Aeroflex Industries utilized Rs 54.99 crore from a February equity offering for working capital

Aeroflex Industries Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has fully utilized Rs 54,99,99,714.60 raised through a preferential issue of equity shares on February 3, 2026, according to a regulatory filing on October 28, 2026, with Rs 41,52,49,783.60 allocated to long-term working capital, Rs 12,02,49,931.00 to general corporate purposes, and Rs 1,41,60,000.00 and Rs 3,40,000.00 respectively for preferential issue expenses.
