Hero MotoCorp invests up to Rs 300 crore in Netherlands subsidiary for Latin America expansion

Hero MotoCorp Ltd. announced that its board approved an additional investment of up to Rs 300 crore in HMCL Netherlands B.V., a wholly-owned subsidiary, to further invest in its subsidiaries, HMCL Colombia S.A.S and Hero MotoCorp Do Brasil Ltda. The investment will be made in one or more tranches over the coming two years, and HMCL Netherlands B.V. had a turnover of NIL for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, while the turnover of HMCL Colombia S.A.S and HMCL Niloy Bangladesh Limited was Rs 1,656 crore and Rs 826 crore respectively.
