Authum Investment’s board will meet November 3 to review financial results

Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited will hold a board meeting on November 03, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone & consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with the limited review report to be issued by Joint Statutory Auditors. The trading window for equity shares of the company will remain closed for directors, designated persons, and their immediate relatives from October 01, 2026, and will open 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting.
