Natura Hue Chem Limited’s shareholders are selling a 15.53% stake to Anuj and Kanika Chahal

Natura Hue Chem Limited announced that promoters and promoter sellers, including Abha Parakh, Anurag Agrawal, Himmat Lal Sahu, Narendra Kachhawat, Madhuri Agrawal, Mansoor Ahmed, Raj Kumar Parakh, Rajesh Kumar, Shalini Pokharna, Umesh Kumar Sahu, Vinay Parmar, Yakub Ahmed Khan and New Era Alkaloids And Export Limited, have entered into a Share Purchase Agreement with Anuj Chahal and Kanika Chahal to sell their entire shareholding of 643,600 equity shares, representing 15.53% of the company's voting share capital. The transaction, executed on October 28, 2026, will result in the acquirers gaining control of Natura Hue Chem Limited and trigger an obligation to make an open offer to public shareholders in accordance with SEBI regulations.
