Nitin Castings Limited will hold a board meeting on November 2, 2026, to approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to address other business matters, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited. The company has also closed its trading window for securities from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the un-audited financial results are announced on the stock exchange.
