Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited announced that the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, granted approval on October 27, 2026, to a resolution plan submitted by a consortium comprising of Cosmos Prime Projects Limited and Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited for A A Estates Private Limited.
