Macfos Ltd share price jumped 11.95% to Rs 1063.5 after the company's net profit surged by 26.51% to Rs 7.35 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 21.38% to Rs 98.73 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of E-Retail/ E-Commerce industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 6.12 lakh crore, climbing 13.10%. It has inched up 2.38% over last one week and moved up slightly by 4.06% in last one month while the market capitalization of Macfos Ltd has marginally improved by 8.65% and 3.03% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Macfos Ltd stood at Rs 9.89 crore in Q3 FY26, jumping 46.09% year-on-year, and surging by 25.03% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 11 crore, expanding by 58.17% YoY and rallying 42.82% sequentially.
Total expenses went up by 19.83% to Rs 88.12 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 0.33 crore, increasing 13.79% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 4.31 crore, witnessing a strong rise of 16.80% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 21.06% to Rs 308.77 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 42.86% to Rs 25.6 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 2312% to Rs 35.12 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 43.01% to Rs 34.35 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 8.0 crore in FY26, as against Rs 22.76 crore in FY25.
Macfos Ltd jumped 49.02% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 13.19% during the same period.
