Monteil Limited, formerly known as Lorenzini Apparels Limited, announced that the Registrar of Companies has approved the change in the company's name, effective October 27, 2026. The company received approval from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs' Central Processing Centre, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation has been issued reflecting the new name.
