Shipping Corporation of India to review financial results and potential dividend next week

The Shipping Corporation of India Limited will hold a board meeting on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and to consider declaring an interim dividend, if any, with the trading window closed from October 1, 2026, and to remain closed for 48 hours after the results are declared.
