Supreme Holdings & Hospitality signs Joint Development Agreement for a Raigad project

Supreme Holdings & Hospitality (India) Limited approved a related party transaction involving a Joint Development Agreement with Mrs. Nitta Vinod Jatiya for the development of Final Plot No. 23 in Raigad, Maharashtra, which is estimated to offer approximately 1 lakh square feet of saleable area and a Gross Development Value of around Rs 100 crore.
