L W S KNITWEAR LIMITED announced that its Board of Directors re-appointed Mr. Girish Kapoor, Mrs. Neelam Bahri, and Mr. Ramesh Kumar Sharma at a meeting held on October 28, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, and appointed M/s Bhambri and Associates as scrutinizer for the meeting, which will be held on November 20, 2026, at 10:30 AM in Ludhiana, Punjab.
