Stanbik Agro Limited, formerly Stanbik Agro Private Limited, will hold a board meeting on Saturday, October 31, 2026, at 3:00 PM to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2026, along with a limited review report from the company’s statutory auditor. The company has also closed its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
