Alembic Limited to review quarterly and half-year financials at a board meeting

Alembic Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 6, 2026, to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India. The trading window for company securities, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
