Indo National Limited’s Rs 25,01,968 investment boosts stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions

Indo National Limited invested Rs 25,01,968 to acquire an additional 0.39% stake in Medcuore Medical Solutions Private Ltd, bringing its total shareholding in MMSPL to 63.46%. The acquisition, which involved purchasing 178 shares at Rs 14,056 per share, is intended to facilitate business growth and generate revenue, and is expected to be completed by fiscal year 2027-28. MMSPL, incorporated on June 7, 2020, is engaged in the manufacturing, distribution, and service of air monitoring systems and air purifiers, with a turnover of Rs 1,45,60,000 in fiscal year 2025-26.
