Zodiac Clothing to review quarterly results at November 6 board meeting

Zodiac Clothing Company Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, November 6, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, along with auditor reports, according to a regulatory filing. The company, also known as ZODIACLOTH on the National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. and 521163 on the BSE Limited, will keep the trading window closed for 48 hours after the meeting’s conclusion, in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
