NCLAT halts Polycab India's delisting from MSCI Index pending appeal resolution

Polycab India Limited announced that the Hon'ble National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) has directed MSCI not to delist the company's scrip from the MSCI Index until an order is pronounced, following a continuation of earlier intimations dated October 7, 2026, October 8, 2026, October 9, 2026, October 14, 2026, and October 16, 2026, related to an appeal in the matter of Asier Metals Private Limited versus Polycab India Limited.
