Quick Heal Technologies Limited announced the appointment of Grant Thornton Bharat LLP as its Internal Auditor for the financial year ending 2026-27, as well as the appointment of Mr. Shailesh Shinde as Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel, and as Nodal Officer, all effective October 27, 2026.
