NLC India to consider financial results and Rs 2,500 crore bond issuance at board meeting

NLC India Limited will hold a board meeting on November 2, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, and a potential interim dividend for the financial year 2026-27, as well as fund raising through the issuance of bonds in the nature of debentures of up to Rs 2,500 crore.
