Allied Blenders re-appoints Balaji Swaminathan, extends Nasser Munjee's directorship

Allied Blenders and Distillers Limited announced that its board approved the re-appointment of Balaji Vishwanathan Swaminathan as an Independent Director for a second five-year term, effective February 3, 2027, and the continuation of Nasser Mukhtar Munjee as an Independent Director until October 10, 2029, following his attainment of age 75. The company will seek shareholder approval for these appointments and other matters, including remuneration revisions for Vice Chairperson Resham Chhabria J Hemdev, through a postal ballot via remote e-voting.
