QGO Finance Limited will hold a board meeting on Friday, October 30, 2026, to consider revising the lock-in date of 100 unsecured, unlisted, redeemable non-convertible debentures allotted on October 24, 2025, and 200 debentures allotted on November 08, 2025, and to consider a proposal to raise funds by issuing unsecured non-convertible debentures on a private placement basis.
