Pulsar International appoints Dhaval Shah as Independent Director for five years

Pulsar International Limited announced that its board approved the appointment of Mr. Dhaval Shah as an Additional Director in the capacity of Independent Director for a term of five years, effective October 28, 2026, subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed Chandabhoy and Jassoobhoy, Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditor for five years, also subject to shareholder approval, starting October 28, 2026.
