R & B Denims to review financial results at November board meeting, trading window closed

R & B Denims Ltd will hold a board meeting on November 5, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, the company said in a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited. Trading window for the company's equity shares is closed for directors, officers, designated employees, and their immediate relatives from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results.
