Viksit Engineering to review quarterly results at board meeting on October 31, 2026

Viksit Engineering Limited will hold a board meeting on Saturday, 31st October 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended 30th September 2026, as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and to review the limited review report from its statutory auditor. The company closed its trading window for securities from 1st October 2026, and it will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
