Shree Pushkar Chemicals & Fertilisers Limited will hold a board meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, a potential fund raising by way of preferential issue, an increase in authorized share capital, and other business matters. The trading window for designated and connected persons has been closed since October 1, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
