GP Petroleums Limited announced financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, alongside a limited review report by M/s. J Mandal & Co. LLP. The company also announced several leadership changes, elevating Mr. Arjun Verma to Managing Director from Whole Time Director and Executive Director, redesignating Mr. Ayush Goel from Chairman & Managing Director to Chairman & Whole Time Director (Executive Director), conferring the Co-Chairman designation on Mr. Dilip Vaswani, and promoting Mr. Jogesh Sharma to Chief Operating Officer – Lubricants and Mr. Sunil Kumar Shetty to Chief Human Resource Officer.
