SG Mart Limited’s committee approved stock options for employees at an exercise price of Rs 640.00

SG Mart Limited, formerly known as Kintech Renewables Limited, announced that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee approved the grant of 94,000 employee stock options convertible into an equal number of equity shares with a face value of Rs 1 each under the SG Mart Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2023. The exercise price for the options was determined at Rs 640.00 per option, and the grant is in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SBEB & SE) Regulations, 2021.
