ACC Ltd share price ticked higher by 0.76% to Rs 1167.3. The Company's net profit plunged by 36.73% to Rs 93.0 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 2.05% to Rs 5689.0 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of ACC Ltd stood at Rs 124.0 crore in Q3 FY26, tanking 83.75% year-on-year, and nosediving by 38.00% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 294 crore, tumbling by 52.73% YoY and crashing by 27.23% sequentially.
Total expenses marginally dropped 0.89% to Rs 5562.0 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 938.0 crore, softening by 6.39% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 159.0 crore, collapsing by 14.52% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations rose 18.44% to Rs 25962.0 crore, while net profit fell 11.04% to Rs 2137.0 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 210462% to Rs 2548.0 crore, and PBT tumbled by 31.02% to Rs 2157.0 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 1364.01 crore in FY26, as against Rs 1711.48 crore in FY25.
ACC Ltd nosedived by 37.30% in last one year, underperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 13.18% during the same period.
