Triveni Turbine Limited’s ESOP allotment increases share capital by 5,488 equity shares

Triveni Turbine Limited announced that its ESOP Allotment Committee has allotted 5,488 equity shares with a face value of Re.1 each, following the exercise of vested options under the “Triveni Turbine Limited - Employee Stock Unit Plan 2023.” Consequently, the company’s issued and paid-up share capital increased from Rs 31,79,00,459 comprising 31,79,00,459 equity shares to Rs 31,79,05,947 comprising 31,79,05,947 equity shares.
