India Shelter Finance Corporation increases share capital via allotment under ESOP schemes

India Shelter Finance Corporation Limited announced the allotment of 39,090 equity shares of Rs 5 each under its Employee Stock Option Schemes, increasing the company's paid-up share capital to Rs 54,61,80,275 consisting of 10,92,36,055 equity shares from Rs 54,59,84,825 and 10,91,96,965 equity shares, respectively. The allotment was made following a resolution passed by the Stakeholders Relationship Committee on October 27, 2026, with 19,990 shares issued under the ESOP 2021 scheme and 19,100 shares issued under the ESOP 2023 scheme.
