Deep Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on Tuesday, November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, along with the statutory auditor’s limited review report, as per Regulation 33 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015; the trading window for the company’s securities, which was closed from October 1, 2026, will remain closed until 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
