ATV Projects India revises land development agreement with Shri Vrinda Infracon

ATV Projects India Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that its board approved a Supplementary Agreement (Addendum) dated September 5, 2026, with Shri Vrinda Infracon Private Limited, revising the area for land development at ATV Nagar, Mathura, from 15,918 square yards to 15,548 square yards. Consequently, the consideration was reduced from Rs 47,75,40,000 to Rs 46,64,40,000, representing a decrease of Rs 1,11,00,000.
