Venus Remedies Ltd share price ticked higher by 4.22% to Rs 1455.25 after the company's net profit rose by 11.67% to Rs 25.65 crore, while revenue from operations gained significantly 22.31% to Rs 218.76 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.
The market capitalization of Pharmaceuticals industry group stocks on BSE stood at Rs 27.54 lakh crore, rising 3.38%. It has inched up 0.07% over last one week and edged lower by 3.01% in last one month while the market capitalization of Venus Remedies Ltd has eased by 8.59% and 9.54% in the same period respectively.
Profit before tax (PBT) of Venus Remedies Ltd stood at Rs 33.47 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 26.35% year-on-year, and climbing 11.42% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 42 crore, jumping 43.56% YoY and surging by 33.01% sequentially.
Total expenses soared by 22.69% to Rs 185.8 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, cost of materials consumed stood at Rs 97.39 crore, increasing 17.14% YoY, while employee benefits expense was at Rs 26.53 crore, surging 13.52% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations improved 17.88% to Rs 769.6 crore, while net profit saw a strong growth of 126.81% to Rs 102.79 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA jumped by 5474% to Rs 134.7 crore, and PBT jumped 86.80% to Rs 134.16 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 155.77 crore in FY26, as against Rs 86.45 crore in FY25.
Venus Remedies Ltd surged by 232.86% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has declined by 13.18% during the same period.
