Aegis Logistics Ltd share price inched up 3.27% to Rs 1290.95. The Company's net profit tanked by 41.18% to Rs 320.5 crore, while revenue from operations slipped slightly by 6.09% to Rs 2213.34 crore in Q3FY26 over Q2FY26.

Profit before tax (PBT) of Aegis Logistics Ltd stood at Rs 420.27 crore in Q3 FY26, rallying 35.48% year-on-year, and crashing by 41.57% quarter-on-quarter. EBITDA came in at Rs 336 crore, expanding by 72.56% YoY and tanking 44.69% sequentially.
Total expenses grew marginally by 8.14% to Rs 1834.31 crore in Q3FY26 over Q3FY25. During the quarter, employee benefits expense was at Rs 30.27 crore, jumping 21.66% YoY.
For the TTM ended FY26, revenue from operations surged 23.20% to Rs 8333.21 crore, while net profit surged by 40.54% to Rs 1106.63 crore, compared to previous TTM. EBITDA witnessed a strong improvement of 93569% to Rs 1125.27 crore, and PBT witnessed a strong rise of 44.94% to Rs 1433.24 crore compared to previous TTM.
The company's consolidated net cash flow from operating activities stood at Rs 2027.7 crore in FY26, as against Rs 558.19 crore in FY25.
Aegis Logistics Ltd jumped 59.71% in last one year, significantly outperforming the benchmark BSE Sensex which has slipped by 13.18% during the same period.
