Ramco Industries Limited will hold a board meeting on November 4, 2026, to consider the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026, and the trading window for the company’s directors and designated persons will remain closed until November 6, 2026, in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
