Shree Cement Limited has submitted an application to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for reclassification of Ms. Riya Puja Jain from the “Promoter Group” category to the “Public” category, according to a filing on October 26, 2026, following earlier notifications dated October 8, 2026, and October 23, 2026.
