XtraNet Technologies to review financial results at board meeting November 2, 2026

XtraNet Technologies Limited, formerly XtraNet Technologies Private Limited, will convene a board meeting on Monday, November 2, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, as per Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Trading window for securities of the company will reopen 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results, having been closed since Thursday, October 1, 2026, for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
