Varroc Engineering to acquire 45% stake in Forsee Power India for up to €4.5 million

Varroc Engineering Limited announced it executed the Securities Subscription and Purchase Agreement and the Shareholders’ Agreement on October 26, 2026, in connection with the proposed investment in Forsee Power India Private Limited, which has a turnover of Rs 18,83,88,451 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The transaction, not considered a related party transaction, will result in Varroc Engineering holding 45% equity stake and 80,380 of OCPRS, with a consideration not exceeding €4.5 million, and is expected to be completed on or before December 31, 2026.
