Rama Vision Limited will hold a meeting of its Board of Directors on November 3, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the results are declared.
