Ltd., announced that it has received in-principle approvals from the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited for a proposed rights issue of equity shares, following a Board Meeting held on June 30, 2026, and a Draft Letter of Offer dated the same date; a subsequent Board meeting is scheduled for October 29, 2026, to consider and approve the rights issue, including the issue price, entitlement ratio, issue size, record date, and other related terms.
