AMPL Capital allotted warrants valued at Rs 22.8 crore to Aditya Vikram Kanoria

AMPL Capital Limited, formerly Credent Global Finance Limited, announced the allotment of 76,00,000 convertible equity warrants to Aditya Vikram Kanoria, a promoter group member, at a price of Rs 30 per warrant, including a premium of Rs 28, for a total consideration of Rs 22,80,00,000, with 25% of the amount, Rs 5,70,00,000, received from the allottee, according to a regulatory filing with the BSE Limited on Friday.
